CoralTree Hospitality has been selected to manage Pioche Village Park City, a 402‑unit residential resort near Deer Valley East Village. The condominium-style property will feature studio, one‑ and two‑bedroom accommodations, each with full kitchens. Pioche Village is the fourth Utah p roperty to join the CoralTree portfolio, alongside Black Desert Resort in Ivins and The Stelle, which is slated to open in 2027 in the new Sky Ridge Mountain Community across from Deer Valley East Village. Pioche Village will join the CoralTree Residence Collection, which encompasses a portfolio of vacation rentals and residential resort communities. “As Deer Valley ushers in a new era with the expansion of Deer Valley East Village, Pioche Village represents an important addition to our growing Residence Collection,” said Mike Cutherbertson, senior vice president of residential management for CoralTree Hospitality. “This property’s upscale positioning, amenity-rich design, and incredible ski‑in/ski‑out access align perfectly with what our travelers and homeowners value most — elevated comfort, seamless service, and an authentic connection to place.” Located approximately one mile from the Deer Valley East Village base area, Pioche Village offers immediate proximity to new ski terrain, a village development and the expanding network of recreation and dining within the reimagined resort.  Of the 402 total accommodations, approximately 90 percent are 450‑square‑foot studio residences, as well as a limited collection of one‑ and two‑bedroom units. The amenities include ski‑in, ski‑out access, along with a game room, media room, billiards room, a fully equipped gym and dedicated yoga studio, a steam room and hot tubs and multiple social lounges. “The partnership between Pioche Village and CoralTree Hospitality marks the perfect beginning of an exciting new chapter,” said John D’Angelo, area managing director, CoralTree Residence Collection. “As Deer Valley’s East Village continues to flourish as a premier mountain destination, this collaboration serves as the ideal launchpad to elevate service standards, refine our distinctive style, heighten Pioche Village’s visibility and achieve new heights of service excellence and continued value.” The CoralTree Residence Collection includes vacation rental management properties in the Florida Keys, Vail and Snowmass in Colorado as well as properties on three Hawaiian islands — Kauai, Hawaii Island, and Maui. Properties include Wild Dunes in South Carolina, The Islands of Islamorada Resort in Florida, Kaanapali Alii and Wailea Beach Villas on Maui, The Lodge at Kukui’ula on Kauai, Villas at Snowmass Club and Top of the Village in Snowmass as well as Montaneros and The Landmark in Vail.
