Two people died in a single-vehicle crash in Novato early Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP said they received a report regarding a silver Toyota Highlander that drove off the roadway and crashed into a concrete pillar on northbound Highway 101 at Highway 37, at arou nd 12:22 a.m. The two passengers, a man and a woman, were pronounced dead at the scene, authorities reported.
