by Anonymous Every time I look at you "working," you're sitting in the corner, shoulders slouched, and head down on your phone. It's truly a sad site to see every time I see you "working." But that's your "break," which you have about 20 a day. When you a re "working," you're still watching some videos on the phone, or hunched over the table looking at your phone. You do the work of a full day that one person can do in an hour. You never have any sense of urgency and this is a production job. You work at the pace of watching a flower bloom, and not as pretty to watch. You walk at the pace of a literal slug. And you're like mid 20s? You sure act like you know everything. You sure act like you know it all. I knew when you said you wanted to transfer to my department, I was thinking this is gonna suck. Because when you were in you're department, you had the same know it all attitude for doing a terrible job where I never wanted to ask you for help with anything. One of the bosses knew it then, and the other boss knows it now. What I cringe on the most when you were talking to me about transferring to my department, you said, "I told the 'boss' I gotta have the day shift and I gotta work M-F. I been here a long time." How long you been here, I asked. "6 years." You are the most undeserving and entitled employee, and that's a shame because other people on the team do such a better job.
