North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson is calling foul on a massive media merger.  Jackson is accusing federal regulators of clearing the way for a corporate win just a day after North Carolina and seven other states sued to block the $6 billion merger deal between TV giants Nexstar and Te gna. After that lawsuit was filed, the DOJ dropped its antitrust investigation into the merger. The FCC waived its own decades-old rule that prevents a single TV company from reaching more than 39% of households, and they approved the deal.
