SALISBURY, N.C. – An arrest after a deadly shooting in Salisbury. Salisbury Police arrested Namyous Jackson Friday and charged him with first degree murder in the shooting death of Sebastian Rankin, Jr. Officers responded Thursday to a break-in in progress on Beard Street. They say they found R ankin dead at the secene as well as multiple people hurt. A man and a woman were taken to the hospital.
