He is being held at the Cole County Jail without bond, though a mugshot was not available on Thursday evening. The probable cause statement says shots were fired at an apartment building that contained multiple people, including youth, at 4:48 p.m. that day in the 500 block of East Elm Street. Little was detained shortly after and police found eight shell casings on the ground along with a gift basket, as well as bullet holes in the building, the statement says. Someone described as a witness had allegedly told police that one of the victims had pulled a gun on them the day prior and that victim had been “bothering” Little, the statement says.
