Multiple Star-Advertiser articles in recent days admirably demonstrate how throwing more money at the $10 billion-plus Skyline remains ill-advised. Saturday’s newspaper demonstrated how fragile and dilapidated is Oahu’s transport infrastructure (“Hawaii’s infrastructure vulnerabilities expos ed”).
