Many North Texas families were already struggling to make ends meet with the price of everyday items remaining at historic highs. Now, with the war in the Middle East and gas prices at their highest since 2022, families are looking for more help. UNT Dallas is hosting their monthly drive-through food distribution on Friday, March 20, from 9 a.m. until noon (or until they run out of food). It’s taking place at 7300 University Hills Blvd., Dallas 75241. The event is in partnership with the North Texas Food Bank, supporting students, families, and people living throughout southern Dallas and the surrounding communities.
