An updated report from the National Weather Service was issued on Tuesday at 7:34 p.m. for snow showers until 9:30 p.m. for Yates, Seneca, Cayuga, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome, Delaware and Sullivan counties."Scattered snow showers will continue thr ough the early evening hours. Localized heavier bands of snow may result in reduced visibilities as low as 1 mile.
