An EF1 tornado touched down in Kent County, Delaware, on Monday night during the intense storms that left extensive damage throughout the Philadelphia region, according to the National Weather Service. Officials said that the tornado reached maximum wind speed of up to 100 miles per hour in Fred erica on March 16.
