Richland County deputies say they responded to a shooting Tuesday at noon. Officials say they responded to a home on Goodwin Way in reference to someone being shot. Deputies say the victim had a gunshot wound to the lower body and was taken to the hospital. According to investigators, the accused s hooter, Larry Brown, was arrested while trying to leave the area.
