The westbound lanes of I-30 were shut down in Dallas on Tuesday morning as police responded to a fatal crash involving a pedestrian. According to the Dallas Police Department, a pedestrian was killed in a crash shortly after 4:30 a.m. The person killed in the crash has not yet been identified and investigators have not said why the person was in the roadway.
