RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A driver is in the hospital after a dump truck flipped on Interstate 95 in Richmond on Monday, spilling dirt all over an exit ramp. At about 2 p.m. on Monday, March 16, troopers with Virginia State Police (VSP) were called to the Bryan Park exit (Exit 79) along I-95 southbou nd for report of a crash. When they arrived, they found that a dump truck had overturned, causing the dirt it was carrying to spill out over the exit ramp. All lanes and ramps are open, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
