If the odd side of the street has already been plowed to the curb line, residents are encouraged to move their cars to the odd side immediately.2:10 p.m. The City of Kenosha says residential waste collection will have a delayed start and could take longer than usual to finish on Tuesday, March 17.Area landfills are closed today, which means the city was unable to transfer waste collected Monday to its landfill.All garbage placed at the curb for regularly scheduled Tuesday routes will still be collected, the city said in a news release.
