The National Weather Service issued an updated wind advisory at 2:33 a.m. on Monday in effect until Tuesday at 11 a.m. for St. Lawrence, Clinton and Essex counties.“South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 to 55 mph,” can be expected according to the weather service. “Two period of gusty w inds are expected, the first through 10 a.m. today, followed by another period of strong winds between 8 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.” ...read more read less
