Officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police say they are investigating a deadly shooting on Sunday.Officers responded to the area of the 5900 block of E. 82ndStreet before 9 p.m.Preliminary information indicates that res ponding officers found a victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.The victim was initially reported to be in critical condition, but IMPD has confirmed they have died in the hospital.IMPD says at least three people have been detained and are working to determine if they are involved in this incident.This is a developing story, and it will be updated when more information becomes available. __ ...read more read less
