At 1:50 p.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory valid from 5 p.m. until Saturday 11 a.m. for Allegany County.The weather service states to be ready for, “Total snow accumulations 4 to 7 inches across the northwestern portion of the county.
