LSO Provides an Update to the Thursday Wildfires in Western Lancaster County

in the western part of the county.
LSO public information officer Kelsey Cruz says they were in the area of SW 112th and West Pioneers, SW 100th and West Martell, SW 140th and West Rokeby, along with NW140th and West Adams, to help with evacuations and traffic control. Evacuation orders were lifted before 6pm Thursday.
Cruz says there were no reports of any injuries or structure damage. No word yet on what caused these fires. LSO, along with fire departments from across the county, including Lincoln Fire and Rescue all responded to help in stopping the wildfires.
