(Chris Goforth for KFOR News)LINCOLN—(KFOR Mar. 12)—One person is dead after a fire late Thursday afternoon at a northeast Lincoln home. LFR was called to the scene around 3:50pm to the area of 52nd and Leighton, about two blocks south of the Nebraska Wesleyan University campus.  Initial reports had several people trapped.  Two occupants were rescued from a balcony and person was found deceased.
