On Thursday at 1:44 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter storm watch valid from Friday 11 a.m. until Saturday 2 p.m. for Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis counties.The weather service comments, “Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 7 inches or more possible across the Tug Hill P lateau and western Adirondacks. Much lesser amounts expected across the lower elevations.
