SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- The California Highway Patrol had deactivated an Ebony Alert Monday for a missing 15-year-old girl last seen over the weekend in Oakland. Brooklynn Ashley was safely located, the CHP announced Wednesday afternoon.
