SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- The U.S. Park Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man who was last seen Tuesday afternoon at Fort Mason in San Francisco.
Dean Urbanski, 51, was “notably wearing only one brown/tan slipper” when he was last seen around 1:45 p.m. in the park, autho
rities said. USPP released a photo of Urbanski, also wearing what appears to be light blue jeans, a black shirt and a gray or blue long-sleeve. Police noted that Urbanski has identifiable neck tattoos.

According to police, Urbanski was walking toward Bay and Laguna streets.
In a social media post by pro wrestler and former WWE star Ashley Urbanski, widely known by her ring name Shotzi Blackheart, she shared that her brother “Deano” was involved in a car crash near Fort Mason.

“Security footage shows him walking away from the vehicle afterward,” she wrote. “He may be confused or disoriented.”
USPP said Urbanski is believed to be suffering from a medical condition. According to Ashley, her brother is “undergoing dialysis and is not himself.”
