SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- The California Highway Patrol activated an Ebony Alert Monday for a missing 15-year-old girl last seen over the weekend in Oakland. Brooklynn Ashley is described by authorities as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
