INDIANAPOLIS— The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 18-year-old Traevion Pirtle. Police describe Pirtle as a 5-foot-10, 128-pound man with goldish-brown hair in dreadlocks. He has brown eyes, a piercing under one eye and neck tattoos.
