Syracuse, N.Y. ― A 22-year-old man was arrested Saturday after police found he had brought a gun to Syracuse University’s campus, police said.Campus police received a report around 3:53 p.m. that a man may have been carrying a rifle case near Crouse College, according to police radio dispatches.
