Man critically hurt in shooting downtown INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A person is in critical condition after being shot in Downtown Indianapolis early Saturday morning. Just before 2 a.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to 48 East Washington Street on a report of a person s hot. That’s near Pennsylvania Street.
