CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police are investigating a deadly shooting in north Charlotte. Just before 4 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the 3500 of Statesville Road near Alma Court.  Medic treated one person for a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
