INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Two people were in stable condition Friday afternoon after being shot at a west side apartment complex, Indianapolis police say. Online police reports show Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the 7300 block of River Walk Drive in the Ri verchase Apartment Homes just before noon to investigate a person shot. That apartment complex is on Indy’s far west side off U.S. 36, near North Girls School Road. There, they found two victims suffering gunshot wounds. IMPD reports they were in stable condition, or “awake and breathing.” IMPD has not said if there are any suspects or shared the identities of the victims. This is a developing story.
