Ingredients6 eggs hard-boiled2 strips bacon cooked3 tablespoons onions caramelized2 tablespoons Kewpie mayonnaise2 tablespoons crème fraîche2 tablespoons scallions white parts only1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar¼ teaspoon kosher salt¼ teaspoon black
pepperFor garnish: chopped green tops of scallions and pieces of crispy bacon
InstructionsPrepare bacon and caramelized onions and remove scallion tops, reserving tops and chopped bacon for garnish. Follow instructions for hard-boiling deviled eggs, then combine all ingredients in a food processor and run until smooth. Garnish with chopped green onion tops and pieces of crispy bacon.
