KEY TAKEAWAYS: Graze Craze opens its first Louisiana location in Covington. Husband-and-wife team Jessica and Steve Sintes own and operate the shop. Store offers curated grazing boards, gluten-free options and local delivery. Located at 3047 Pinnacle Parkway, next to Costco, open seven days a week.   A national charcuterie franchise has entered the Louisiana market with the opening of its first location in the state. Graze Craze, a franchise specializing in curated grazing boards and boxes, has opened a 1,100-square-foot shop at 3047 Pinnacle Parkway in Covington, adjacent to Costco in the Pinnacle Parkway shopping center. The store is owned and operated by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Jessica and Steve Sintes. The Covington shop marks the brand’s debut in Louisiana as it continues expanding its footprint in the grazing-style food category — a niche that has gained popularity for social gatherings, corporate events and gift-giving. Jessica Sintes said the couple was drawn to the franchise’s focus on presentation and ingredient quality. “Graze Craze stood out because of its elevated presentation and emphasis on quality, house-made ingredients,” she said. “Food brings people together, and charcuterie does that in a special, sharable way. We’re excited to build relationships, be part of local events, and become a go-to spot for gatherings, celebrations, and meaningful moments.” The store offers a range of signature boards designed by trained “Grazologists,” featuring premium meats, cheeses, fresh produce and house-made dips. Menu options include the Gone Grazey sampler, the vegetarian-focused Vegegrazian and the dessert-themed Sweet Grazey board. “Opening Graze Craze gave us the opportunity to build a business that’s both creative and community-focused,” Steve Sintes said. “The whole menu is amazing but for me, the Sweet Grazey is hard to beat. I love chocolate and sweets, and it’s always a crowd-pleaser that adds a fun, unexpected twist to traditional charcuterie.” Boards are available in multiple sizes, from small gatherings to large events, with custom orders, gluten-free options and local delivery offered. Products are made fresh to order for in-store pickup or delivery. Beyond the business launch, the Sintes family has established ties to the community. Steve Sintes serves as president of the Pam Sintes Memorial Foundation, which raises funds for the New Orleans Family Justice Center to support victims of domestic violence. The couple has also joined the local chamber of commerce and said they plan to take an active role in Covington’s business community. Jessica Sintes brings a background in advertising and nonprofit administration, experience she said will support the store’s marketing and operations. Graze Craze operates as part of Big Flavor Brands, the food division of United Franchise Group, which oversees multiple restaurant and specialty food concepts nationwide. The Covington location is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday and Monday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ...read more read less
