For the Alexandria couple’s November wedding, they planned a black-and-white disco-themed affair with 145 guests and opted for a “simple but sophisticated” design with a mix of white flowers. Ali carried calla lilies down the aisle in a tailored version of her mother’s wedding dress that she says family in attendance recognized immediately, and at the reception, they say the 11-piece band’s “amazing performance” had everyone dancing. They toasted with French 76 and fall Enzoni signature cocktails, and for dessert, they sliced into a carrot cake. For the afterparty, they booked a room at the Live K Karaoke Bar a block away from the venue. One final surprise: actor Vince Vaughn crashed the wedding and took a photo with the newlyweds.
