MONROVIA, Ind. (WISH) — All lanes of Interstate 70 eastbound are closed due to a crash involving a semitruck and a passenger car. According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the crash happened sometime before 9 a.m. It’s unclear if any other vehicles were involved or if an yone was hurt.
