A woman who barricaded herself at a home in San Jose for nearly six hours Monday is in police custody, police said. The incident was reported near the intersection of Race Street and Park Avenue, authorities said. About 6:30 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the first block of Tillm an Avenue, where a woman was allegedly threatening someone and damaging parked cars. When officials arrived, the woman returned to her house and barricaded herself inside, police said. About 12:15 p.m., the woman was taken into custody, police said.
