A crowd of people gathered Thursday night (Feb. 19, 2026) to hear about timelines, see maps and have questions answered regarding the work that will be done this year to complete the Euclid Avenue reconstruction project in Pierre. Morris, Inc. Division Manager TJ Gallagher said some preliminary work is already underway, but they’ll begin working in earnest in early March.
