WHITE CASTLE - Mardi Gras smells good in White Castle.nbsp;In the small Iberville Parish town, what's being thrown on the grill is just as important as what's coming off the float."We got some barbeque baby! Come on over here and get y'all some," Ruffis Lewis said.Lewis is one of many cooking up so ul food to feed the community.nbsp;People stay up all night and wake up very early to prep for their Mardi Gras meal."It's a small town, we like to get together and have a good time, have a good time today, no foolishness, leave the foolishness at home, let's do it the white castle way," Lewis said.The parade rolled at 2 p.m. and afterwards the community gathered for a Mardi Gras party from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the White Castle Community Center.nbsp;"We come out here every year. White Castle parade is the best, the After Party is alive. So much fun. No trouble.
