On Tuesday at 12:53 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory valid from 10 p.m. until Wednesday 10 a.m. for Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.The weather service adds to expect, “Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.”
