SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- An apparent outage struck X early Monday morning, with thousands of users reporting issues accessing the website. As of 5:50 a.m. PT, attempting to visit the social media network from the KRON4 newsroom simply displays the X logo with no feeds subsequently loading in its pla ce. The issue began around 5:22 a.m., reports to Downdetector show, with nearly 100,000 reports submitted by 5:45 a.m. The cause of the outage on the platform, previously known as Twitter, is not currently known.
