Mannsville, N.Y. — The Tug Hill Challenge hosted by the Pennsylvania Sled Dog Club returned to the snowy trails of Winona State Forest in Mannsville, N.Y. Saturday. The event drew nearly 50 racers of all ages for a full day of winter competition.
