The shelter-in-place order issued in Fairfield early Sunday morning after a commercial fire broke out at a Koch Foods plant was lifted, according to social media posts from the Fairfield Fire Department and the Butler County Eme rgency Management Agency.The message was posted at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, stating that a fire had broken out at Koch Foods Plant B at 630 Commerce Center Drive.
