Five different players scored a goal in the Monsters’ 5-2 win at Lehigh Valley on Feb. 14.
Will Butcher’s first-period goal gave the Monsters a 1-0 lead it took to the locker room.
In the second, Cleveland lit the lamp three times.
First, it was Mikael Pyyhtiä at the 6-minute mark. Less than a
minute later, Hunter McKown gave the Monsters a 3-2 lead. Justin Pearson’s goal gave the visitors a 4-2 advantage.
Brendan Gaunce’s empty-net goal late the third period finished the scoring for the Monsters.
Ivan Fedotov made 33 saves for Cleveland.
