A man was killed early Saturday morning in a shooting in downtown Cincinnati, according to the Cincinnati Police Department (CPD).At approximately 12:39 a.m., CPD officers were dispatched to the 200 block of E 3rd Street for rep orts of a shooting.When they arrived, officers found a man who had been shot and was pronounced dead by the Cincinnati Fire Department.The victim has been identified as Tobias Hood, 29.CPD said 28-year-old De'Angelo Robinson was arrested for Hood's murder. ...read more read less
