Attor­ney Gen­er­al Ken Pax­ton is demanding information from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBS) and Con­duent Business Services, LLC (Conduent) as part of an inves­ti­ga­tion into "largest data breach in U.S. history," according to a news release from Paxton's office.
