(KRON) -- One person was shot and killed Wednesday evening in East Oakland, according to the Oakland Police Department. Police responded just after 6:45 p.m. to the 9800 block of International Boulevard on reports of a shooting. Arriving officers found a person wounded by at least one gunshot, auth orities said. (KRON4) The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Their identity was not immediately available.
