The International Olympic Committee has disqualified skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych for wearing a helmet honoring Ukrainians killed in the nations war with Russia.The announcement comes as Russia continues its bombing camp aign in Ukraine, which faces a worsening energy crisis.
