LPD Captain Ben Miller said four more arrests have been made in the case, including 47-year-old Ammie Mitchell, 57-year-old Kendall Hawthorne, 28-year-old Matthew Lickliter and 40-year-old Sheena Miller. All four were arrested Tuesday at a home near NW 27th and West Alvo Road and are being held in the Lancaster County Jail as accessory to murder and tampering with evidence, by helping 24-year-old Sterling James and 22-year-old Sayde Titus, who have been accused in the suspected deaths of Neville and Tanner. On Feb. 5, James was arrested for two counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree murder of an unborn child, along with tampering. Titus was accused of aiding and abetting.

Captain Miller said Wednesday LPD investigators developed probable cause in making those four arrests Tuesday and the SWAT Team served a search warrant at the NW 27th Street home.
Based on interviews with Mitchell, Hawthorne, Lickliter and Sheena Miller, police believe the following unfolded.
-Jan. 15-
Sheena Miller was at the NW 27th Street property when James arrived. James and Miller got into James’ vehicle and drove about two miles north on NW 27th with Tanner and Neville following them. Once at the location, James shot and killed Tanner and Neville. Miller assisted James in moving their bodies and then drove Neville’s vehicle back to the house.
Ammie Mitchell saw both James and Neville’s vehicles parked in the driveway and saw Neville deceased. She removed several personal items from Neville’s vehicle, many of which have not been recovered.
Police say Matthew Lickliter returned home where he observed Tanner and Neville deceased. Lickliter and James retrieved a torch before they drove separately to the area of 40th and Cornhusker in Lincoln where Neville’s vehicle was later found burned. Lickliter and James then drove separately to an area near 40th and Branched Oak outside Davey, Nebraska, where we believe the bodies were initially disposed of, before being moved to Saunders County.
Meanwhile, investigators say Kendall Hawthorne gave baby items from inside Neville’s vehicle to a friend. Those items are believed to contain physical evidence, and some have not been recovered. Hawthorne also gave James permission to burn items on the property.
-Jan. 16-
Captain Miller says investigators believe all four individuals watched James and Titus clean their vehicle in the garage at NW 27th.
Autopsies on Tanner and Neville got underway Wednesday. Captain Miller adds investigators believe the homicides of Tanner and Neville took place in Lancaster County.
KFOR News asked Captain Miller if anything new has come about with a potential motive.
“Certainly, we are still looking at that,” Miller added. “Realizing this has gone on for a few weeks now, there’s still a lot of digital evidence to pour through and more interviews to conduct.”
Miller says through one of the search warrants served at one of the many properties, police did recover a handgun, but the caliber was not immediately available.
