CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Caroline County has chosen the next person to lead its Department of Parks Recreation. The Caroline County Board of Supervisors has selected Justin L. Bullock to be the county's next Director of Parks Recreation, according to a Feb. 9 press release. Bullock was cho sen to step into this role following the retirement of former director Donnell Howard, who had spent over three decades serving Caroline. "I am humbled and excited to be named the next Director of Caroline County Parks Recreation," Bullock said in the release. "I look forward to leading with a focus on integrity, accountability, inclusion and service." Justin L. Bullock. (Photo: Caroline County Government) Per the county, Bullock currently serves as the director of Parks Recreation in Greene County, a position he has held since 2021. Prior to that, he served as the recreation supervisor for Louisa County's Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism and as the supervisor of sports and fitness for the city of Fredericksburg's Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Facilities.
