LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) — A vehicle crash early Monday morning in Tippecanoe County leaves one dead. According to a release by Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office, officers responded to the intersection of State Road 26 East and County Road 900 East in reference to a single vehicle crash. Wh en officers arrived they found a person dead in a nearby field. Investigators say the driver was ejected from the vehicle during the crash. The identify of the person has not yet been released.
