The next Bainbridge Swing Dance is set for March 7 and will feature Rachel and the Beatnik Playboys. The dance takes place on the first Saturday of every month at Family Life Center, 16349 Chillicothe Road, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m., lesson at 7 and dance and live music from 8 to 10:30, accord ing to a news release. The night continues with Electro Swing, song requests and line dancing 10:30 to 11 p.m. Based out of Cleveland, Rachel Brown and the Beatnik Playboys embrace and explore many Americana styles and combine them into a soulful, powerful sound, the release stated.
