Commuters who rely on Amtrak during the morning commute were hit with delays and cancelations on Monday as, officials said, crews were stuck dealing with a downed wire. At about 8 a.m., on Monday, Amtrak posted on social media that a downed overhead wires were causing some delays and cancelations . Itinerary Change: Due to a downed overhead wire ahead, Keystone Trains 609 and 645 are now canceled between New York (NYP) and Philadelphia (PHL).
