Update: Cold weather advisory for Ulster and Dutchess counties until Monday morning

On Sunday at 2:32 p.m. the National Weather Service released an updated cold weather advisory in effect until Monday at 10 a.m. for Ulster and Dutchess counties.The weather service adds to expect, "Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 25 degrees below."
